fixing konami asc

alright, i was playing pop n' 14 today, trying to unlock everything, when suddenly my right white button stopped working, it works if I hit it a bunch of times, but its pretty much useless for gameplay, i spent 500$ on this thing, and i dont have enough money to buy a new one, is there ANYTHING i can do?

I hope you bought this 5 years ago because otherwise you spent 200-250 more than you should have...

I remember someone mentioning that it was possible to open up the asc but I don't remember if its as easy as unscrewing the case. If you figure out how to open the case, I suggest you disconnect the microswitch of the button giving you problems and clean it (hell blow on it). Put it back and see if the controller works.

It might just be a pinched wire or a sticky microswitch.
