HELP WITH 11!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok.this came like 30 min ago.and i suck at it.the levels are NOT good the keel and retro pop ska 2 are NOT what they seem.my hands are sad.how do you unlock more stuff?! please help!!! how do you unlock all the stuff?

Just keep playing, whether or not you have "Pop'n Tourist" (unlock system) turned on. If so, then keep playing (well or poorly) to accumulate points to travel to each continent plus outer space. You can do this at the beginning of every time you play Arcade Mode. At first, you wouldn't have enough points, so just keep playing to earn points. With a chosen destination, you will receive "mail" once in a while, describing the location that was purchased until you unlock something. Repeat. Patience.
If you disable "Pop'n Tourist", you will still have to keep playing, 9.5 hours of the actual gameplay, to be exact. Again, patience.
The more you play , the better you will get.

whats pop'n tourist and where is it?

Pop'n Tourist is the unlock method that appears at the beginning every time you play Arcade Mode. You will see a screen that shows a map of the World with "stickers" of the point cost to "travel" to that location. The star represents outer space. If I remember, it might say "Pop'n Tourist" in English in this screen.

oh ya that.i have been to that.do i just play every place untill every place in 100%.can i still unlock stuff in expert mode?

You should be able to unlock through Expert Mode.
