How do you complete a credit application in Wico the source?

Hi, I am an all-round bemani player (I play gf,dm,bm,ddr,piu,pm,etc..) living in Canada

I'm planning to make pop'n music asc, and I'm going to order jumbo buttons from wico the source.

But I have to send a credit application before I can order... and there are so many sections that I dont understand what information to type in.. such as customer number, tax resale number, trade reference, federal id number, social security number, etc... Anyone know how to fill these in?

Also, when I fill in online order form, how can I calculate shipping fee?

I tried emailing to wico the source for this regard, but no response back

I called them (1-800-367-9426) and there's an automated message saying the number is not in service.... or.. did I press the wrong number.. (cause Im calling from Canada)

From what I saw here Wico has closed. It's a shame since that means one less source in the US for Pop'n buttons. (Although I won't miss them since they never sent me a catalog even though I had requested one on numerous occasions in the past.)

omg i live in canada too, and i want to make a pop'n asc so yeah, i was searching around and i heard at starburstcoins.com sell buttons, and if u message someone named dave there he orders them from happ or something? so yeah, when i get the money i think i'll order from happ or starburstcoins iunno?
