I posted the same question in the IIDX part of the forums. Anyways I've been getting the Bemani bug again and I'm looking to get back into some PNM (and IIDX). The fact that the third party controllers have come a LONG way from the regular small Konami plastic controller has me excited about playing at home.
So that being said, I haven't played a home mix since 11. I have not heard or seen ANYTHING to do with PNM since my local arcade got rid of the older machine.
So which mixes should I check out if I'm looking to get back into it?
And is there timing adjustments like in the IIDX series (I game on a HDTV). | |

Don't play any mix below 8. Thats my opinion.
If you really want to have fun with the game, play some of the newer ones.
Theres more english included in those.

9 was good,but the unlock system is horrible. Also,getting Cup*kun is a total pain in the ass.

There's always time unlocks, you know.
And 9's unlock system is a godsend compared to 10's, which is the absolute worst unlocking system I've ever seen in Bemani. | |
