I was thinking about buying a double barred X-model keyboard stand of some kind, but from what I've been reading on amazon and ebay, some brands are definitely not good for more 'rigorous' play.
Suggestions, comments, free copies of popn 13?

...if I ever get a ransai, I'll show you what I mean.

I use the one pictured in B.
Double X-Brace Keyboard Stand (#PL400).
Height adjusts from 27" - 37"
Whatever you can get that is about a meter high (36 inches, 3 feet) will be good, thats about arcade height.

The strap, when tightened enough, will hold your controller SOLIDLY to the stand, and with a heavy enough stand it'll barely even shift in the slightest when you play.
I don't know what mine is since it was free, but it's double brace, has good height settings (basically arcade height), and the only problem I've had with it is slight movement on harder songs, like when I try Athletic Meet EX. (dun dun dun dun SMASH SMASH SMASH SMASH SMASH makes it amost fall over if I do it right )
