it's 2 songs. the songs are Kyougeki and Yume Ari.

and mp3s don't exist anywhere on the internet for either of the songs.

Yume Ari is in this soundtrack. I couldn't find Kyougeki on Galbadia Hotel, but I'm sure someone has it. It's very short-sighted to say that mp3s of the songs don't exist anywhere on the internet.

Kyougeki is on pop'n 7, so the only OST (IIRC) that's not on Galbadia is where it is.

EDIT: The full version in the video is from Des-ROW's album, "D." It's on Galbadia somewhere (link provided by mariomario).
