Minicon + Ps2 converter

I never heard of any issue like this having to do with analogue support of the converter. I've hooked up a minicon to a converter on the computer with no issue. Does the controller work properly on a PS2?

Yeah it works fine with a Ps2.

When I need to play with a dualshock on the computer, I gotta switch the analogue button on first otherwise the left side buttons don't work.

And the right yellow button is hooked up to the up button... so I can't get it to work.

Edit: Okaaay.. I tried it on the Pop'n Music simulators (Step'n music) and it works. Dunno what else I can say here about the other thing I was using.... I'm not gonna go into too much hush hush details.

It's probably my converter. Any suggestions on what I could do or what converter I could get?

As long as all the buttons work and it sounds like they do, you shouldn't have any issue. If you go into Control Panel->Game Controllers->Properties and do the test thing, if all the buttons work properly when you press them, you shouldn't have any issue. I imagine you're using JoyToKey to map the button presses to keys for the 'other' program you were trying to use on the PC? Are you sure you have JoyToKey setup properly with the keypresses assigned matching what you did in the config for the 'other' program? It sounds like what you have should work, not sure of other converters as to which ones are reliable anymore.
