First, that is standard of pop'n music arcade. So don't worry about it.
Second, not last price, but we think DJdao POP ASC pirce must be under $200.
Third,that have not been completed,about 90%.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Im going to buy one, but probably not until December, because I am moving next week and I need all my money to go towards rent and stuff. BUT I AM DEFINATELY BUYING ONE OF THESE IN THE FUTURE. I just need to save up for it. Man, compared to my DASC, these are friggin beautiful. I just hope the lights are BRIGHT because I want them bright. Also, Dao, can you make a switch so I can choose if I want to turn the lights on or off? I wish the IIDX controllers had a switch too...

The turntable AND the lights both run off the USB cable (which is very stupid), so if I leave the USB cord unplugged, I cant use the Turntable.
But if there were two wires for this Popn controller (one for lights and one for the buttons), Ill be happy.
