I've been using djdao ASC since last October, and the keys on the right side, # 7 and 9 stick sometimes ... does anyone else have this problem?

I submitted my order form last week sometime, and now I'm gettin an "Order Status: Send Confirm" but havent got any emails yet regarding payment or anything. Anyone know what to do next?

I paid for mine on the 18th of February and it didn't get sent until the 19th of March (arrived today), so it wasn't quite the turn around I was expecting, but not an extreme wait in any event. I placed the order during the Chinese New Year, which likely slowed the process down a bit.

There's a crack on the front side where a screw isn't fully screwed in (which seems to have caused a pressure point which made the crack), but it's scarcely noticeable. There's a bit of debris and grime underneath the top surface, but otherwise it's a thing of beauty. Extremely solid and the buttons feel great.

Edit: Upon further inspection, the partially inserted screw is screwed as such because the plastic in the front of the controller (where the Pop'n music logo is placed) is warped, so that it sticks outward. When I tried screwing in the screw further, I could see that the plastic didn't flatten out but instead the screw caused a wave (multiple smaller bends). It won't hinder gameplay, but I may consider gluing the plastic down to remove the bend. The crack itself is almost invisible when met together. The warped plastic is disappointing, as the partially screwed screw indicates that it isn't a result of the shipping process but an error in the production process. Considering the overall price of the controller, I'd expect such a problem, superficial though it may be, not to be present.

^ I'm pretty sure this whole warped front panel thing has been discussed and beaten to death and that at this point we have just accepted that that is how the controller is made.


But correct me if I'm wrong.

Does the damn thing play well or no? Have you played arcade? Is it similar to the arcade feeling?

The only difference from the arcade is that the Dao's are easier to press down because they use Cherry's. At least compared to the arcade I go to which uses Honeywell switches. Other than that they feel identical and you can't do better.

I just ordered one off the website, I used the order form and I inputed all my info and got a confirmation number. Then I paypal'd him the money (307.4 USD) and put the order number in the comments line of the paypal transaction. Does he generally send an order confirmation soon after?

EDIT: NVM he just emailed me confirming that he got my payment and will ship this week.

its not warped, it's just that its not screwed down so it sticks out a bit, but if you put a screw in it MAY fix it but it's not the best idea, just leave it alone

For POPASC shipping time.
If order default POPASC or with omron microswitch.Shippping time will be short.
If with custom pattern or topface shell.Shipping time will be long,normally need more 7-10 work days.
