OK, so actually I found out he's going to Shanghai. Is that close enough just to pick the controller up? If not, approximately how long would it take to ship there? He's going to be there for about 8 days.

POP ASC price is 180USD for bank transfer and Western Union before shipping.
shipping cost to US and EU is about 80-85USD.

Ah I see you are using cherry switches..... I think I will pass on this. Their failure with DA ASC's kinda put me off on having them.

is it possible to get more than 1 controller in a package and save lots on shipping to US? How much would it be for 2 or 3 controllers in one package?

I think you have some misunderstand to microswitch.
I don't know which cherry microswitch DA use,but i know he use soft(what is soft?under 50g ),but we use 100g(same to arcade).
no different for push feeling,if use 100g Omron microswitch or 100g Cherry microswitch.
if you want Omron,of course,we can change Omron for you (with 27USD extra).
But we think that is no any different for push feeling.

So,you don't worry about that,we are expert for push feeling.
If we do so,test have been done for many times.
If you don't know this,you can search microswitch in internet.you can find what's different in them.

if you order 2-3 controllers and same address,you can save about 15 USD for every extra controller.Shipping cost is foreign to one package.that depend on same address or not.

This is probably true. Most arcade parts use Cherry D43 or D44 light force which have an operating force of 45g or 75g. The light force option makes the switches very sensitive, but not as durable. The 100g operating force variation should offer more than enough resistance to counteract the weight of the large dome buttons. Cherry switches are some of the highest quality switches and are widely used in industrial applications as well as gaming, so they have to be durable.
