No.

Jack's only rival is the red helmet guy seen in various IIDX videos (source: pop'n chara book 1). Not only that, but it seems as though they live in different timeframes anyhow, so that'd be a bit unthinkable.

1. If I recall correctly, he uses Adobe Illustrator to render his vectors. He scans them in (or obtains 600dpi scans), then traces and colors over them Back me up here, 003, eh?

2. I don't think there is an official font for the English text, but the Japanese text (the ポップンミュージック below the pop'n music) should have a font...

The first character book covers 9-13 AC and 8-12 CS (including Best Hits!).

Both Rosa and A. Michel are present. :3
