Origins of the Puppet Ensemble Character

I've been using the Puppet Ensemble character, "Bremens" for most of the time I've been playing FEVER. If you haven't seen it, the character is a Donkey with a conductors baton and a Rooster on his head. I noticed earlier today when I failed Fever Robo like a complete bitch, that in it's loss animation there is a dog and a cat sleeping. After seeing that and really realizing that the characters name is "Bremens" I had a sudden recall of memory from when I was younger and the fairy tale "The Bermen Town Musicians". For those of you who are unfamiliar with the fairy tale it's about a donkey, rooster, dog, and cat who are all going to be killed by their owners and they all run away. Long story short they beat up some criminals and become the "Bremen Down Musicians". Cute story, look it up. I was just wondering if anyone else had picked up on this literary allusion that Konami used.

Yea, I noticed that, just from the name. There's also a manga called Bremen that was somewhat popular a while ago I think with a 4 people (i think) that want to make a band and they all have characteristics of the animals from the Bremen fairy tale.
