PNM 11 CS unlock help

Hey everyone.

So I just finished getting 100% in all the places on the map, but, according to my records, I only have 9*% (I think it's 96%) unlocked. I also noticed that there're three character slots still open in the secrets area.

I'm imagining this may be one of those "play this song with this character" unlocks, but I don't know for sure.

Did you play through the Pop'n beginner's mode? I think you unlock a character via the tutorial.

You're lucky, PnM 11 came out when I was still struggling with 23s, haha.
