Pop'n 12 Songs

Sorry to make a topic on this, but I've got my hands on Pop'n 12 and for the life of me can't figure out where all the songs are. I see Des-Row, the vocalized song(so cool!), and gradius, but thought there was more. Can't find a song list anywhere. There was another thread with a soundtrack list in another thread, but it was CS and I'm not sure if that's all of it. If it is, I can't find starmine.

Are you playing Free Mode? Because if you are then that's why you can't find all the songs, you need to play them once to unlock them in free play, so just go into challenge mode and all of them (Minus the unlocks) will be there.

Also, there's a few songs that need to be unlocked via Pop'n Request mode, two more via the minigames, and two more by having GFDMV and DDR Str!ke saves.

I think I understand what he means. When I played 9-key normal mode, the song selection was VERY limited. If you play on challenge mode, you should have access to everything.

yea enjoy mode has a limited list of new songs and also you cant use speed mods

It is not neccessary to apply OJAMA (conditions/modifiers) when playing Challenge Mode, so you can have access to a larger songlist than Enjoy Mode.

maybe he just picked Enjoy Mode? Because uh that has like only a few songs no matter what you unlock.

Is there not an FAQ listing songs and unlocks somewhere? I searched the vjarmy wiki to no avail. Thanks for the help.

P.S. Red & Right Green Popkuns are hard to hit if you use a controller and don't use d-pad right.

PSS So is Starmine in there somewhere?

PSSS Are there difficulties, cause I can push up and down to change songs and left and right to change (catagories?).

It's no beatmania, there's japanese everywhere!

Starmine(pop'n mixxx) is in the Summer unlock category. Play Challenge mode or whatnot and the little unlock game is at the end of the playthrough. It should be the 3rd or 4th song you get from Summer.

I went to the website and saw the music list (couldn't read it well) but noticed Starmine along with a lot of other songs were unlockables. So songs are unlocked when you select a season? How many songs in each season?

Where do I get a controller from, it's not like beatmania and I got the us version. There's no us Pop'n.

It doesn't touch the hell course's scroll. I think I had to play like 5 times (I was just starting to play) to unravel it.

just play arcade mode till u ghet all the scrolls done then ull have most of the songs

You can get a controller from play-asia, its probably the best import site for bemani
