Default Pop'n FEVER! (Literally!)

Ever since yesterday when I got my dao, I played a whole lot of pop'n. Sore arms are expected, but when I woke up today I had a sore throat and my head was kindof hot. Is this, like, customary to accept when one plays pop'n? Is there a way to prevent myself from getting like this (other than playing less)?

Nice to hear you got your dao. Although I really doubt that the fever is anything to do with playing Pop'n. Sore arms I can understand but wow.

Hey, you might be allergic to Pop'n...... just kidding.

The dao came from China, so it probably has bird flu in it. Every time you hit a button, some of it comes out and you inhale it in your excitement.

It's a 15 norma.

But yeah, this reminds me of an old thread on the DDR subforums, about a guy who was wondering if the constipation he was getting was due to playing too much DDR.

I've played so much that I've gotten really cramped hands and sore fingers and all but nothing more than that. I play with gloves so I don't get blisters which is nice. It also allows for easier gliding over the buttons vs. sticking. Maybe it is the avian flu?

I felt this from TGA a few times, but maybe it was lack of sleep/busy with school stuff I've been the past few weeks. I don't know.

I'm considered the avian bird flu though. Damn I shoulda got the shot for that D: haha.

Don't worry, I already have the cure for swine flu.

But yeah I think I may have overreacted. I've been fine now. Might have been just the lack of sleep/stress around the time I got the dao... Or maybe it could have been the weather and mayyybe starting to use the dao but its not a problem now.
