It's all about the money, Konami has a chance to make more money from this game then they would from a traditional PS2 Popn CS release. I have no issue with this point, just stating the obvious.

I'm actually curious about this game just like I was really excited for Wai Wai World 3 before it got cancelled. Considering lots of people enjoy Pop'n a lot for it's presentation and artwork/themes/characters I don't get all these complaints rather than remaining optimistic considering this game seems to be based on these things. People would flip out if a Pop'n anime got released, but I doubt they'd bitch about not having Adventure CS if it did, although this is a console release I don't see how it's any different in regards to trying something new. As others have said, no point of complaining about this game for the time being.

I agree. Once that I saw it wasn't like Beat 'n Poopy, now I'm hoping this comes to the US.

Ok, looks like even with the new nice 3D interface, we still have the normal 9-button mode with the lifebar at the bottom. Expectation level + 2. Wonder how the charts will be?

Its looking a lot like what pop'n music was supposed to be... A couples game with the button in the center for hands to touch.

I guess that makes Ash and Roku pretty gay in the screenshots.

Regardless of how good/bad it is, I'll buy it in hopes that pop'n will get exposure in the US :/
