Looks like shelf liner but I fully support the Shamwow thought. I am wondering though, does it hold well enough for you without a ratchet strap? I'm not a good player (22-23) but it still moves around a lot on my keyboard stand w/ strap.

I don't even have a strap.
It holds well, just need to press down on the stand with my feet.

well i dont need a pic for mine, your imagination will do just fine. my ASC rests on the arms of the chair im sitting while playing..... since i haven't gotten around to buying a keyboard stand or anything yet. lol
