Gundam is not on CS pop'n 6. Pretty sure it's AC only. Even if it weren't, anything below 6 is less than tolerable (6 is hardly tolerable enough as it is), so as far as CS 6 and up are concerned, Gundam is not available, Lupin can only be found on Best Hits, Yamato can only be found on CS 7, and Gatchaman can only be found on CS 10.
EDIT: And as far as pop'n 7 is concerned, I really like it, so I have no gripes. The framerate is fine and it runs just as well as the other PS2 games. The window for the notes is smaller than 9 and above (obviously), and there are no .5x speed modifiers, or anything above 4x. The free mode is a lot different from newer games (similar to Best Hits), and EX's in Normal/Challenge mode can only be played as EXtra Stage, even after they've been unlocked. The unlock system is really easy and pretty straight-forward at that. Overall a good game, and some of the best licenses in my opinion (and I'd think you'd agree, judging from your current list of licenses), so it's definitely a good time.
