Oh dear lord.. the brown haired "things" on the front cover are the Stars of Pop'n Music Nyami the Cat and Mimi the Rabbit. Anyone that knows anything about Pop'n Music should know that especially since they appear in most manuals listed by name in ENGLISH

He's obviously talking about the turning ball-faces, since they're exclusive to Taisen Puzzle Dama Online. They're pretty creepy.

According to the Secrets page, they're called "Jersey Men." Probably referring to the tracksuits that they wear.
