Yeah, actually. It was a 30 on pop'n 11 and everyone was like, there's no WAY this is a 30. So Konami's like oh okay, and changed it to a 31 on 12. It's atleast a 33, if not a 34. 35 might be pushing it a bit, but then again Progressive (The Least 100 sec) Hyper is a 35, and isn't much harder than Cowboy Hyper. Same BPM roughly (263BPM 8ths = 131.5BPM 16ths, Cowboy is 134, which is faster), so yeah... a 34 or 35 wouldn't be pushing it at all. But 31? Haha.
