Unlocking EX's in pop'n music 6

How do you unlock the EX charts in 6, i've already unlocked all the secret songs alredy by time unlock and a turbo controller

You have to unlock them by playing them in Challenge Mode.

It's in Japanese, but here's a decent chart that tells you what point values to go for and which EX charts they will let you play.

The whole process can be kind of grueling in Pop'n 6, it's way harder to get all of the EXs unlocked than in Pop'n 7 or 8.

I usually just aim to get a really high challenge point total. If you're a decent player, you can usually nail a score that's way over the requirement. Just abuse the crap out of Score/Combo challenges. Knowing you can 95K+ a song with a high combo is a good thing.

Or you can plan for the specific numbers. I don't really recommend that unless you enjoy punishment.

i can usually get up at 90k+ but on 6CS it's kinda harder since Hi-Speed goes up to 4 and timing is a little weird

you can make high speed go higher by using ojamas, not sure if you can do it on 6cs though.

so if i use this since this is the normal norma in 6 CS with whatever Hi-Speed i choose...

Hi-Speed X2 : This activates High Speed 2 during certain sections of the
song. Be warned that if you already have High Speed on from
your game options that this will stack and be that much
faster! I recommend turning such options off before trying this.

Right. For example, if you pick high speed x4, and then the ojama high speed x2, it will be high speed 8.

I don't know if it's on 6CS, but if you pick high speed x3 and then half speed, it will be high speed 1.5, or high speed x5 and half speed is high speed 2.5

However, you have to be able to use ZUTTO ojama's to do this for realz.

the ZUTTO ojama is the one that lasts through the whole song right?

There is a permanent ojama and zutto is an option, they're separate. The permanent ojama gives a 1.5x point modifier and you must have another ojama on to do it. There is no half-speed ojama until at least pop'n 12, maybe 13. If you use permanent ojama + high speed, you will get the flashing background in any game because zutto is the only way to make it so that the background doesn't change.
