What skill level songs can you beat?

36+, but that's hardly being 'Japanese'. Clearing 40+ on S-Ran or something insane, that would be Japanese. Clearing 36+ is still upper level intermediate I'd say.

For me, clearing 42's and 43's is Japanese. Uber is somewhere in the 39-41 range, quite good is 35-38, good is 28-34, intermediate-beginner is 18-27, and beginner is everything else.

btw I voted for the 36+++

well yeah everyones gonna have different opinions on what is really uber, based on my skill capping at like 27-29s right now, 35s seem crazy to me

Then that makes me an intermediate-beginner, and i've played since about the beginning of June. I can only do abou 25/26, I can nearly pass gamelan though. So I'd say about 5 weeks, but i only got to play it about 4 times all month. Because my dad doesn't want to buy any game that's more than $50

Voted for the last one. I'm in the 39 - 40 range. Well, I can beat most songs up to 39 comfortably and a few 40s but when I do beat the 40s, they sound like crap. I tend to panic at that level and just start attacking the controller and it works out for the most part.

Luckily, there's a bunch of PnM lowered to $30 now

I put myself in the 30~36 range, since though I've beatn up to 39, my scores are mostly consistently passed at the 35~36 level.

BTW, GOEMON's an evil 35 because of the speed changes...

I put myself in the 30-36 range even though I can pass a few 37's and 38's here and there, but never consistantly. Hell, I only played the arcade machine 6 times (hours at a time) and barely got my DASC last week.

I DID play a lot of Dualshock Popn though, up to 36's .

Considering most 36's have 100K's on PNN, I'd say it's far from being Japanese...

But yeah, I can clear up to 43's. Those 44's are a bit tricky, though...

36++ and I play with dual shock controller. But a lot of songs that have lv over 40 must play with random only to beat it.

I still play only with DualShock :/ last song I cleared was Frost EX (which is 36 so and so). I'm trying now to clear Symphonic Metal but is just too hard :/ my fingers can't hold that pop kun's rain~

Maybe random can makes the song easier. When I clear it first time I plays with random.
