BETA1 Released: [3.9][Theme]Dynamite Rave

So I'm gonna try my hand at theming again. My first attempt was...well...EPIC FAIL. But since then I've learned a lot and found the SMTheming Wiki, so I'm good to go.

It won't end up being the best theme in the world, since I'll be learning as I go on. But it definitely WON'T be just another Graphics-swap theme, that's for sure.

Note: When I say screens are finished, I mean they're done for the first beta release. I will definitely do a lot of graphic re-making and other stuff in successive releases.

Beta will release when all the important screens are done. I haven't decided yet exactly which screens are 'important'.

Update: So I've done some improvements in the warning screen, adding a BGAnimation to make it better, and fixing the graphics. Tomorrow I'm finishing up the IntroMovie and the Caution screen, and I'll make door-style transitions like in the recent DDR games. I'll also start work on Select Style if I can. More screens coming tomorrow!

2/9 - Select Players and Select Style Screens are done, check out the first post for screens. Will start work on Mode Select screen either sometime this week or once break starts in a week.

Any compliments and/or constructive criticism appreciated! (But don't be too mean, it is my first real theme...)

2/12 - I'm about halfway done with the Select Mode screen, check out the first post.

I also updated the Title Screen screenshot, check it out to see a couple of the fonts I'll be using. (I did make the font for the Credits/Press Start/Profile/etc. text smaller, they don't go off the bottom of the page like that anymore.

In case anyone's wondering, the fonts I'm using are Editsys, Biting My Nails, and Gizmo.

EDIT: So my parents haven't kicked me off the computer (yet) so I was able to "finish" the Select Mode screen. I mean it is pretty much done, but it seems so empty, especially when Rave or All-Nighter is highlighted. Anyone have any ideas for filling the void? If not I'm just gonna move on to Select Music.

Really? Graphics-wise or metrics-wise? Graphics I can understand, since I'm definitely no GIMP expert.
I do admit, everything's pretty big on the screen, but it definitely looks a lot better in action.

So anyway, I should finish up with ScreenInstructions today. I don't know if I'm gonna start Select Music today, that's gonna be the toughest screen so far.

Crap, I just realized something, Double is inaccessible if event mode is on or if Doubles Premium is off. Is there a metric that allows a player to sign in on a given screen?

2/18 - Options screen done for the beta, screenshots in first post.

(And for those who like speed mods, I've included 30 OF THEM. 0.25x, 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x, 3x, 3.5x, 4x, 4.5x, 5x, 5.5x, 6x, 6.5x, 7x, 7.5x, 8x, C120, C150, C200, C250, C300, C350, C400, C500, C600, C700, C800, C900.)

EDIT: New Title Screen design! I didn't feel like starting ScreenStage so I decided to finish up the Logo/Title screen for all coin modes. Screens in first post.

Unfortunately, Doubles play is still inaccessible when Event Mode is on. I haven't figured out how to fix that, since apparently there's no way to allow a player to sign in anytime after ScreenSelectStyle. If I don't find a way I'll probably just have to get rid of the Select Players screen and just have a normal Select Style screen (which I really don't want to do, since I feel this is part of what makes my theme unique). Anyone know of a solution?
