I think that's sufficient to show a significant difference in attitude. Was it a fucktarded, assholish thing to do? Yes, and a lot of people yelled at me for it back then, and rightly so.

Do you want me to justify the unjustifiable, or are you just going to accept that I'm not quite the same as several years ago?

2. Also bullshit. This is why my permissions screens involve using the latest version IIRC.

3. Personally I never liked foonmix, so I never really saw a need for foonmod, but whatever.

I didn't yell at you, but on the other hand, I went to Tamago before I took his shit (well, OK, before I released it, there were 4 versions of KatzeExtreme you guys never knew about), and I made damn sure that I documented it as such. Honestly the only assholeish thing you did was not ask permission, and I see way more fucking maturity out of you than anyone else who has ever ripped off material at the time, or for that matter, pretty much ever (other than myself, but again, I asked).

Of course I know you're different, I'm different too (Amateur to Professional prick) but the thing to remember here is everybody here, to a certain extent, is guilty of this crime. Shit, even one of the most praised underground coders of the boards, NAKET Coder, does this exact same thing to you... like 4 times. I'll give him one thing though, he changes a lot and at least its fucking hysterical when it happens.

I'm not trying you to justify this, trust me I wouldn't.

Of course I understand that. Ive already told you my shits been ripped off a few times. Apparently someone at one point used KatzeUltramix in a cheap bootleg of DDR Ultramix. My theme's have been used, without my permission, in about 30 Stepmania cabinets, each and every single fucking time without my permission, and each and every single fucking time modified to no end. If you think I don't get it, you're just plain stupid. The point of the day is What the fucking shit are we going to do about it.

I mean, we have a strict no tolerance policy of this on bemanistyle, and I will happily ban anyone who comes along and does this kinda fucking crap in front of me to anyone, even Takuya and k//eternal who I have frequently butted heads with. Seriously, Just because I don't always agree with you doesn't mean that I don't care about your rights as artists. I mean seriously, my policy is stupid loose too, if you ask, you can probably have, and stupid dumb motherfuckers like that Dark Element kid, and the DDR EXTREME_N kid cant goddamn handle sending me a 20 word email to ask me for permission. It's not hard, and its not like its a big thing to ask either.

So how are we tackling this.
