I believe shakesoda answered you already. chinaboy did not know. In my opinion, I'm not quite sure if he was 'claiming them as his own'. he simply did not know that he needed to say who made them. There were repeated offenses on his part, but this is different. This is blatant, and he's doing this, not because he doesn't know the rules, but because he doesn't care about them.

k//'s politely asked him to delete all his images, as he didn't ask for them. However, he's being 'fucking stupid' and saying shit like he made the theme before k// did. And believe me, it's better it's sorted now and not when/if he puts it on BMS...

yes and i do agree this needs to be stopped. and with takuya's new supernova2 theme being launched around the end of march you and or other themers need to protect your creations against someone who will modify your theme without permission
