Banner/Background-less theme

Say, just wondering on this one, but is there a theme out there that eliminates song banners and song backgrounds? Now, I'm asking this because I tend to run into quite a few simfiles that, while having a good song and steps, have horrible graphics that just take me right out of everything.

ITG. It have turning off of BGs when playing.
And you can change in metrics so the banners wont be shown.
