In order to attempt to clean up this forum, all requests for EXISTING CONTENT should go in here.
If you post a request for content OUTSIDE of this thread, I will give you an infraction since it's really cluttering up the forums, scattering all the useful topics away.
"Content" is defined as Themes, Noteskins, Announcers, and Dancing Characters. It does not include songs or packs. Those are best asked about in the specific simulation forums; DDR simfiles in DDR Simulation, IIDX simfiles in IIDX simulation, etc. Before You Ask
It's likely that some place is already hosting what you are looking for. I have compiled a list of resources that will help you find stuff.
