How do I get the system sounds of Bemani games?

Hi! I have noticed that themes have the system sounds from Bemani games so I posted here...

System sounds=things like the DDR SuperNOVA announcer's voice clips...

Anyway, I want to know how to extract the system sounds from Bemani games for personal usage...

Is that possible? Thanks!
