Well, I've been working a lot on a theme recently, called Echoes. Its based in ITGPC, but should work in mDaWg's
Custom SM build (called ITG2PC).
Anyway, theres a few half-way-done versions currently floating around, and I expect the real one to be done in a few weeks or so.

First off, the title menu. Its the ITG2PS2 style scroller, with a color-edited ITGPC background, overlayed with a Lightning jumpback. Overall, I think its an intresting effect and sets a good style for the first screen.
Next, the style screens, and the first look at the background. It's a little like itg2ps2... just a little :P (btw, incase you cant tell from the screens, the central ring of box/spot lights act as strobe lights) Like in itg2ps2, it flashes slower/faster with the bpm of the song.
Now for Music. This differs greatly from the traditional ITG songwheel, and takes on a rather DDR or IIDX type layout. I like it
And now for, what in my opinion is a work of art; the Evaluation screen. it is based on itg2ps2's but with several differences.... unique, imo.

---> Nope... mainly for music and eval screens.
-> Assuming it works with mDaWg's ITG2PC, will it support online mode?

-> Again assuming it works with mDaWg's ITG2PC, will it have the 'Dark Noteskins' in the options menu?
---> Yes.
-> Is there any chance of a 4.0 version?
---> nope.
-> Custom theme in itgpc? wtf?
---> Yes, made possible by the Static hack. (You
can have a legit version of itgpc and still use the Static hack.)
-> Is it compatable with SM3.9?
---> Nope, sorry.
