Looking for PIU theme (3.9 or 4.0)

The title is pretty obvious here. I'm looking for any proper theme I can that accurately (to an extent) reflects what one would encounter on a PIU machine. Obviously, not everything is possible yet, but I wish to study it, or maybe even ask that such a theme is eventually ported to the official release of SM 4.0.

• ch_604 was working on an Exceed theme for 4.0 but gave it to me to work on. Time permitting, I will.

There's likely to be more, I just don't know of any more releases yet.
