Need help with skins

I must be overlooking something but how do i get skins of stepmania3.9 because i see all these cool skins that people have from watching some videos yet i cant seem to find any. Anybody have some advice?

could have just brought it to theming lol i'm not that dumb founded. It's just i over look alot of things and obviously didnt see the theming :/

Edit: i was also wondering since i dont see a forum rules (probably overlooked again) am i allowed to post the link to the video i watched to see if anybody knows what i can do to get the theme and noteskin?

If you're looking for a specific theme, then just say so next time, 'cause it sure didn't sound like it.

ok i didnt make any sense with that what i mean was you didnt have to leave a link from the original and lead it here, could have just brought it to theme discussion, but i over looked it and didnt see it..if that makes anymore sense
