Yes, they are done. They are exactly the same as their 3.9 versions except for a few minor graphical fixes that existed in the 4th tap for NOTE, NOTE+ and NOTE-

Instructions (As a REPLACEMENT for the default arrows):
Delete the "dance" folder in your Noteskins directory and put the one in the zip file in its place. Done.

Instructions (As an ADDON for the default arrows):
Unzip the zip file to another folder on your hard disk, rename the folders as you please. Then, open the folder formerly known as "Flat" and open Metrics.ini, you will see this:

FallbackNoteSkin=<whatever you named the old "default" folder here>

Warnings:
If you play with rolls, Tap Lifts, or anything that wasn't in stock 3.9, those arrows WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED ON SCREEN, THEY HAVE BEEN REDIRECTED TO BLANK UNTIL I KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THEM. However they WILL STILL COUNT IN GAMEPLAY so don't whine when you pick up 250 misses but didn't see any notes. Its supposed to be that way.

If you play Solo (As in six panel, not the DDR Max style Solo Arrows, those are in there), There is still no support for Solo, sorry, I haven't gotten around to drawing the new arrows, coloring them, griding them, etc. That's a big effort that I don't have time for right now, sorry.

Policy on editing:
You may edit these and redistribute them, whatever, but you have to ask for permission first. I have no problem with people using my code, as long as they ask and give credit. Its not a big thing to do when my email address is ALL OVER THE FUCKING INTERNET.

If you spot any bugs, please let me know immediately, I would like to have these perfect as they are for a project. If you report something I warned you about above as a bug I will probably give you a warning simply for not reading the thread. Seriously, I don't have patience for that.

Well here you go, you're set with Default (Vivid), Flat, Note, Note+, Note- and Solo! There might be more to come! have fun!

They should work with both, afaik nothing has changed with noteskins between CVS and SVN.

I did some work today on seeing what I can do about UpLeft/UpRight, and I came up with this, before I invest several hundred hours on doing the next 176 Frames of animation that would be needed to complete the set, so tell me what you guys think about this before I go and animate this.

Yeah and seeing as solo isnt actually properly supported by 4.0, I'm not sure how long Im going to continue to bother.
