If you are using Linux, the Nvidia Proprietary Driver, and a 3d dancer, your 3d models are corrupt. This happened all the time while developing DDR Forever. If you are using Desktop Composition then disable it and try again (restart X)

If you are running Windows:
Reset your graphics driver's settings to their factory defaults (they all have a button for this) and reboot your machine.

If either does not solve your problem then post your computer's specs.

Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Settings and look at the box above Screen resolution that says "Display:"

What does it say in there?
