I do not believe there exists any PiU Exceed themes (at least not full accurate ones) since (as far as I know) it is not possible to replace the songwheen items with banners, and as far as the SuperNOVA announcer, check stepmaniathings.com. they have announcers and stuff.

I'm pretty sure the Supernova announcer is exactly the same as Extreme's, just that he has a few more '[#] combo!!!' exclamations.

I know there's plenty of Exceed themes for KIU, but most of the people into that stuff don't work with Stepmania on general principle.

I know of two PiU themes for SM 3.9: Exceedmania and StepMania NX. As you said though, they're in rars and I guess you don't want to go to the effort to actually learn how to use them, huh?

In any case...
Exceed: ..::[ Stepmania MEDIA ]::.. Tu portal de descargas para Stepmania
NX: ..::[ Stepmania MEDIA ]::.. Tu portal de descargas para Stepmania

Incorrect.

The SuperNova announcer, while based upon the MAX/MAX2/EXTREME announcer, has many new lines, and some of the existing lines are said differently (combos, game over, etc).

Takuya's SuperNOVA theme has the announcer pack.
