'Random' theme questions

Well there was no thread already present for this to go in and so i decided to make one instead of having each individual question become its own thread.

moving on...

How you get the personal record and machine record to show up at the Evaluation Screen during event mode(look below)? I have themes that do it and themes that don't but I can't seem to find a difference.

And yes, the themes that don't do have the graphics and the proper X and Y to show up. (I know this because they show up in normal mode, just not in event).

it's profile based, not theme specific;

in the game section i believe, tell it to save scores in event mode and then those will show up

It does save the scores as usual... it just doesn't tell me. I know this because i usually check the record before i play a song and then if i get a higher score the first one is replaced. The new score is still there after i exit and reenter the game.

Personal Best: whether or not your in event or arcade mode, as long as you have a profile, the metrics allow it, and you beat your best score, it will come up

Machine Record: arcade mode only.

Yes make sure you even have a profile.
Do this:
DL a random original simfile
Play on the default theme
Get a low score
Then change the theme to the one that you're testing
Get a higher score

If it appears the first time and then not the second time, then its a metrics problem.

If it doesn't appear the first time: Create a new profile, repeat.
If that doesn't solve it, then reinstall SM

laser123454321 I did what you said and according to you its a metrics problem

I've looked in the metrics and ive found where the personal and machine records are made but theres no option as to whether it appears in event mode

(the theme I'm working with is Techno Fiend 3.1, not the theme in the photo up above)
