[REQ] Theme for upcoming beat+WINGS 2nd Mix Pack

We are currently working on our 2nd simfile pack which will have over 50+ songs going from mainstream pop/dance to famous BEMANI tracks.

we would like to launch this new pack with an exclusive theme for the mix, so if any of you theme artists has some free time and would like to give it a go please let me know.

So do you have any ideas on what the theme should look like? Maybe you want the theme to have a specific color throughout the theme? Anything specific you want in the theme?

Well, i'm not looking for anything in particular just as long as it's bright and uplifting.

Kinda like the shift between the 4th mix interface to the 5th mix interface which was so shiiiiiiny *o*

Oh i forgot to mention 2 important things.

One is that it must support courses.

The other one is that it must support cdtitles.

other than that i don't think there's anything else.

I'd make the theme for you but uploading it will be a pain in the ass because my upload speed is like 5kbps.

Hmm yeah, I was thinking of that. Where do you live Cat's Eye? O and I decided to make the theme FOR FREE and send it to you FOR FREE. The theme is gonna look good, just dont expect anything unique and awesome.
