give some examples. background? score frame? dont just say "it all looks wrong". i use RGB values from the ps2 emulator, and official ps2 screenshots, as reference. the arcade monitor does something with the colors. it increases contrast, eats the shadows, etc.

edit: i'll give that score frame "stage" stuff a look and fix it if needed. tbh its one of the very few graphics i didnt touch yet.

I'll show ya a [strike]finger[/strike] background, Trebek!

source: ddr extreme AC rip
(katze would've brought this up, I'm sure)

I didn't download the set yet so I can't really compare it to what you have. (besides, I'm going to stay neutral in this as much as possible)

hm. i was pretty close. i had the same: the exact position of the squares, the top area, and the squares pattern. i had wrong: i have the grey area one pixel too high. i had all colors slightly darker. (since ps2 screenshots tend to be a bit too dark or so).
AJ187: did you rip it yourself? do i have your permission to use it?

maybe that explains why I thought the credits text was too high, I was referencing off the bottom of the screen instead of the screen elements.

I tend to do that because I understand that screen elements will move.

one pixel is not enough to notice anything, as the low res screenshots showed. although i'll fix this anyway.

I ripped it with tools, so for all intents and purposes, yes.

You can use it, but I want to know if you'd rather have rips of everything I could manage to find from DDR Extreme (quite a bit of stuff; I gave Katze the same package).

Have fun.

(official terms of use: lol these are konami's, you accept full responsibility for using them. other than that these are free to use by anyone for any purpose or porpoise.)

Cool

As happened more than 3 years ago when DDRMAX2 AC rips were released... this is the time now for extreme... that's is the only thing what I need to say (use your imagination...).

From now there's no option to use Takuya's AC's metrics for other purposes than the previous beware's release.... DDR Extreme VS1 to VS5 and VSX1 metrics are only my property (and my hard work).... if some of you want to use those metrics... go and waste months getting those metrics from the real arcade game.

Good night See you in a few weeks with a real DDR EXTREME release.

EDIT:
Thanks AJ 187 for the AC rips... you're the best man!
