This is the logo so yeah. 
This is going to pretty much be the title screen. It's animated as the rays rotate around the logo and the little star people pulse with the menu music. Still an early WIP. I need your opinions where I should put "Start game" and etc.

You could animated the logo to minimize and place the options below it, but then again, that's just my non-articulate suggestion.

Very nice--
Perhaps the menu could be at the bottom center and would sort of scroll sideways with the options. (I'm not sure it's possible to do...but....)
Here's what I mean: 
So the menu would laterally scroll down there. And MORE MENU ITEMS would show up if you hit left or right on the keyboard there (keep in mind, I just quickly drew this in paint, and you'd make it look beautiful with nice fonts and whatnot.)

True! The theme is 3.9 though, if it's the one Detach PM'd me about, because it's supposedly built on PROJEKT as a base.
(It should be pretty obvious he has permission here.)

Before anyone says anything, I DID ASK K if I could use his theme for a base theme to start. Reason for is, he had a lot of things I wanted to do, done. Though I did change most of the stuff as in, which way things move and what not. Only thing I did keep the same, and remain (unless K doesn't want me to keep it) the same are the stars you see are falling (plus they fall slow unlike the streaks which were fast), I just replaced the streak with stars. And the rings behind the logo, planned on doing that but I just remade the circle to a different shape.  
And yes I am gonna change the font and everything haha. As you see though, it still has the XII menu. But other than that everything is flowing good and thanks to AJ's theming wiki. I no longer suffer from not remembering simple shit.

I was thinking about that so...Maybe I will, depends if I feel like it or not haha. Anyways there's also I thanks to K in the menu screen. And now I need your opinions...For the song wheel, should I keep it the ordinary DDR/IIDX style. Or do something completely different?

Hmmm I think I'm full of SM 3.9 impossible ideas...I'm going to mention what I am thinking anyways though, maybe it'll inspire something that's actually possible anyways.
What if you had the song wheel actually turn at the bottom of the screen... Sort of like a half circle at the bottom--something that reminds me of flipping through a jukebox sort of design.
Or if the wheel appeared to flip through songs as if it were a cd collection booklet.
Anyways, just throwing things out there, maybe help the idea juices keep flowing.
