about

as some of you may know, this theme origianlly started
out as a bad ITG mod on a bad build of ITG. as being
first theme i ever put any considerable effort into,
i kinda always wanted to go back and update/finish it
with a lot less ITG.

this theme is intended for event mode, but everything
else should work.

notes
------------------------
i probably overlooked some animations/sounds, and
select course wasnt really finished. widescreen should
work ish, i didnt test much but some graphics were off.

WARNING:
------------------------
this should work without problem in in both regular
and event mode without incident, but there is no stage
indicator.

I may have missed a graphic or sound somewhere, if so,
feel free to bitch at me.

i dont think anyone can pull off an original scroll whell like tweak though. the theme isnt even 2 megs. the 3.95 version is 25mb (i got it as my current theme. fixed it up)
