Okay, even though the wiki isn't officially open yet (and hasn't been for about... almost a year now), I figured it's time to at least make it known to the public since it could possibly be useful for some people.

The wiki itself is here. At this point, you have to be registered in order to edit pages.

I'm going to open up discussion by asking for help, as I'm not sure if the way I'm categorizing commands (Category:Commands) is working out very well.

Well first i think we need to tackle that list o metrics and get that defined. Perhaps an artical on Metrics or the Metrics.ini. And im going to create a page that defines what a theme is.

Bumping this because I want to forge a discussion about how the commands should be done.

Supposedly how I was doing things was good enough, so today I've been powering through the Commands to-do list for 3.9. Hopefully this will help people out when it comes to what commands are available. By the end of the day, I should hopefully have the entire list (or most of it) complete.

Awesome work on that list - I can tell it's going to come in really handy.

On a tangent (but still thread-related), I tried the link to the Texture Font Generator (off of Tutorial:Fonts - SMTheming Wiki) on a lark, and the program doesn't work. Is this a problem on the hosting end, or is the link outdated or something?

Link works for me. As for the program itself, it's worked on my end before. It's not even alpha software, so I wouldn't expect it to run on any system. :x

Beat Man: the Tool.

Ah well. I'll just have to get better at understanding what Bitmap Font Builder spits out.

The wiki explains BMFB very well, actually, but please ask if you're confused on any points.

I'll see if I can get a friend to confirm the method I dug up for adding a stroke to text in the GIMP, which doesn't support this function quite as easily as Photoshop does. If she does, I'll toss it on the wiki as an addendum to the font thing, since it's pretty useful info. (Yes, the friend who was having trouble getting 3.9 themes to work on 4.0 because she thought somehow it was 3.9... AJ knows what I'm talking about here.)

I've always wanted to contribute more to the wiki than info on myself and my works, and the tidbit on C4D in the 3D Models article, but it's already got most of the stuff I know

Hey AJ....on the "PaneDisplay" page (or on some other page even) Do you think we could mark the fact that it seems like in your Metrics.ini, you have to be careful with what order your sections are in.

For example, I found that I had to put my [paneDisplay] code down near the bottom of my metrics file in order for it to work. (I assume it's because something else overwrites it?)

Just thought that'd be nice to note for new themers.

That shouldn't actually be the case, but I'll look into it later.

Well you're the expert--
I could be mistaken, so don't kill yourself over looking too hard.

Just thought it was the case, AJ
