StepMania 4 Note Skin Problem

Hey there guys, CREv. here once again with a problem I can't seem to get my brain around. My friend and I recently downloaded the latest version of StepMania 4 and have decided to make a new note skin for the program that's a little more like SM 3.9. I've already designed the note skin with hold arrows and all, but I have just one problem that I can't seem to fix. All four arrows at the top of the screen are facing down when the metrics and other .lua files should help turn the arrows to their proper direction.

If you are like me and don't understand what I mean, here are a few pictures reguarding the matter:

Just to clerify things, I've kept the image sizes the same (which shouldn't matter) and copied the metrics and other .lua files from the default noteskin, but nothing, and I mean nothing seems to work. If anyone has any ideas, please reply here or send me a PM. Until then, I'll keep tinkering with it and see if I can get it to work.

Well, someone did release a set of noteskins that are like the old ones on the SM boards, maybe you could look at the code used in those.

Thanks for the help, I truly appreciate it. I actually figured out what the problem was and I'm happy to say that it was a mistake on my part. I found that I mislabled the Down Receptor file, so StepMania didn't recognize it like it should have. Now the noteskin is working fine and I'm glad that the problem was so simple to fix.
