Release date not available, just be patient.

As much as I dislike ITG, this theme is totally impressive. Amazing work that follows the ITG3 mockups very closely, as far as I can remember. Are the backgrounds prerendered? I'd really like more info on how this was made, this is great stuff.

actually the test arcade machine is in Illinois somewhere, we were just talking about it today at Naperville.

Its fan made, but completely awesome, I am going to see if I can get some arcades to get the "upgrade", if they do indeed release it.

it's pretty much impossible to completely replicate ITG3 under 3.9, so no.
