In most respects, it's exactly what people expect. Since PARTICLE's function is out of the bag, there isn't much left in the way of surprises--on the other hand, it keeps to the PROJEKT tradition of large graphical improvements (the previous installment is blown out of the water yet again). The added customization gives it more lasting potential, though.
I've always been more of an artist than a coder. Some people say that means I'm not a themer. I call bullshit on that one; the end user of a theme interacts primarily with its aesthetic. My code is full of garbage and inefficiencies, but in the end, I get a product I'm happy with, which is what I care about. I suppose many code-slanted themers have pristine code and art that looks like garbage instead. It's not to my taste, but if they're happy with the product, more power to them as well. I think everyone tries to make the item they like, and should be respected for that.
That's enough rambling, anyway. This'll be released soon and everyone can figure out what they think of it then.
