Things to know when I request original simfiles:
1.) MOST IMPORTANT RULE - they MUST be paddable. I will sometimes ask for an ITG-Style Challenge/Edit level, but I will NEVER request Keyboard-only simfiles. So please, if you take my requests, make sure the end result is paddable.
2.) If it's an Anime OP or ED song, it MUST have the BG video as well as the TV size version of the song.
Basically that's it. I hope this helps when I request simfiles.

Half those images don't work because of hotlinking.
Also I can say that you're going to have a hard time finding someone to do theme requests - they take a lot of time and effort, not to mention you don't just take images and go.

Half images had broken links and you say that the rest of the images are up to the themer?
Do you have any idea of how many images are needed to have a decent theme?... not 5 or 10.... you must need at least 300 images or more..... if you consider to make a theme different from the default one (what I consider a decent work).
About coding it... that's a very hard thing if you want a different concept of theme, but at least in your explanation I see that this one will be more of the same (DDRMAX like theme).
Please help us... and don't ask for poor theme concepts. Next time better have a solid detailed proposal with enought material.
