I am considering releasing a beta because right now most of the theme feels done, it's just some small implementation details that need to be put in place (reading/writing Toasties) and testing for two things I don't do: non-Event Mode and Widescreen.

also i think you should update 3.9 to 3.9+ and then install sm4 alongside it because that is a better idea, why lose variety (and break certain simfiles)

it's not like sm4 installs cleanly over 3.9 last i checked

However, unlike Duke Nukem Forever, I'd estimate the theme to be 80% done.
100% done if all you do is play Event mode and Regular. :x
