[spanish]Ya sabes, Takuya. Yo tengo el dichoso Hiren's BootCD, que tiene programas para recuperar tablas de particiones.
Si no has escrito nada en el disco duro, muy probablemente se pueda recuperar lo perdido[/spanish]
Basically, I have the mentioned Hiren's BootCD. It has utilities to restore corrupted or even deleted partition tables, so if Takuya hasn't written in the disc after he had the problem, there's a high chance of recovering the lost data.

Wan, tengo el programa que posteaste (Hiren's BootCD), lo que resta es que lo grabe y comience a utilizarlo para reparar el HDD (el que no pienso tocar bajo ninguna circunstancia), porque además del material de StepMania tengo todos mis apuntes de la Universidad y cosas de mi tesis que es en lo que estoy trabajando ahora

Ahh okay. Then, read the documentation for the TestDisk program that comes included in the BootCD.
That's the program that helped me to recover lost (and even DELETED) partitions =) | |

You can use it, but just as base theme... that's mean that you must change images and metrics from the original code. There's no authorization to make an alternative SN1 theme.... just keep my theme as unique and we will still be friends

To add on that, the safest thing to do is to show your theme directly to Takuya before you make any sort of release so he can give the thumbs-up. That way, he'll know for sure if it's different enough.
I'd rather not see more drama, and it's not all that hard to prevent incidents as long as everyone is understanding.

Prueba poniendole el disco duro en otro pc,tengo un problema similar al tuyo y creo que algunas cosas he recuperado,aunque claro en el otro pc necesitas configurar el otro disco duro,poniendole dos y asi usando los datos del disco duro donde conservas todo y el disco duro donde no tienes nada tuyo,parcialmente funcionará.

this is bad but anyway, no pressure takuya, we believe it's still there in ur HDD
slowly recover everything so that most of them will still be there
