Wonderful news Takuya! Browsing just now I found this video (with horrible foreign commentary but still very useful). I was wrong about a few things regarding the select music screen but now you can see Megamix in action for yourself. | Okay... Here's the answers for your questions:
- Double tap to change difficulties can't be switched off, because select difficulty screen doesn't work (in fact it can't set any selected difficulty).
- Feet can't be shown in difficulty screen, because lack of metrics.
- Available difficulties can't be shown as desired, because lack of metrics (available should be shown and not available should be hidden).
- Difficulty preview music will be analized. But as far as I know that is impossible to implemment (again the metrics).
Thank you for the interest in the project... I hope to improve it enought.

And it definatly can be turned off as when I fiddled around wih the metrics once I noticed it (it's in the section where select music screen cheats are) and turned it off. Quote: |

| Ok but in the latest themes such as the fan made version of SuperNOVA people have managed difficulty bars on the select music screen so all you need is a modified version:
Of course I doubt the grades are possible but just leave those out for now. Quote: |

| Hmm... so unlike in the Japanese and American themes where the difficulty is selected before selecting the music and the menu music carries over this can't be done when placing it after selecting the music and having the song preview music carry over?
What about the modifier menu? That has the preview music play. How does that part make it work? Quote: |
Thank you for the interest in the project... I hope to improve it enought.
| Thats OK. The Dancng Stage themes have been needing doing for ages. I'm actually fed up with how people still moan that your Max, Max2 and Extreme themes still aren't perfect but at least they've got some working themes they are familiar with. What do we Europeans get?
Anyway I'm glad to help.
Captured this from the vid:

Good work Takuya. You know more about the Euro themes then I gave you credit for. Once you get the basic metrics working this will be well away.

AJ, there's a way you can rip those graphics from disc?... or, Dancing Stage are only playable in Europe (I mean: impossible to get that game here in america)?... I'm still breathless with your latest AC releases.
LASER!!!... I need a new mirror for Dancing Stage MegaMix and for the arrows that match my themes (real DDR arrows).

I remember once one guy on DDRUK made a thread about stealing a EM2 disc and everyone was not happy so I don't think stealing one is the best way to go either...
EM2 is a very common mix here in the UK but that doesn't mean it would be very easy to buy a EM2 disc (which I assume is what you were talking about doing).
I can easily get you screenshots (probably bad quality though) or at a push a short movie but people have already captured some bits, but getting the actual disc for graphics rips would be very hard. I assume graphics rips are what you prefer to work with Takuya?

The other option is, well, AJ 187 could get a DDR USA cabinet cheap somewhere and put EM2 in there if it works and he can get it.
He could ask around at DDRUK.

Someone just copy the disk and send it to AJ via internet... it's illegal, but who cares...... Better if someone could sell the disk without a machine... that will be cheaper.
