The ripped graphics are 100% konami stuff... I'm agree with you wan, but... I have to let something clear once and for all for the people who thought that my stuff can be taken so easy as some people does.
I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD WORKED ON THE PRODUCTION PROCESS TO GET THOSE IMAGES EXACTLY IN THE WAY THEY SHOULD LOOKS LIKE.
So... if you rip a couple of them, you'll see the hell you'll face trying to get something with sense from those horrible graphic maps. DDR SuperNOVA graphics are still more complex to draw from the original rips than previous DDR games.
I spect more respect when talking about drawing them (DDR SuperNOVA images) from rips because of the hard of that work... that point raises me as the real owner over the images as final product (not the rip graphic map).
About metrics and animations... the same... I own them because of the work involved to get and code them and I really will not going to share my whole work.
When something doesn't involve creativity and work on my themes, then I will authorize that to be world wide used.
At this point you'll think that I'm not going to share a bit of my work with the comunity, but that doen't seems to be correct too... I repeat once again:
YOU CAN USE PARTIAL METRICS, IMAGES, SOUNDS AND IDEAS FROM ANY OF MY THEMES IN YOURS JUST CREDITING ME AND POINTING THE SOURCE. BUT YOU CANNOT USE THEM AS A MEDLEY IN ONE SINGLE THEME... YOU MUST USE THEM AS ADDITIONS ON A NEW CREATION.
ALL MY STUFF ARE FORBIDDEN TO BE USED IN DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION OR ANY OTHER GAME RECREATION THEME: ARCADE, PS1, PS2, PS3, XBOX, XBOX 360, GAMECUBE, WII, ETC (GOT THE POINT?)... ANY SYSTEM AND ANY COMMERCIAL OR SIMULATED GAME TYPE.

I think I can find another way to explain it:
It's similar to making a MUGEN character when you rip all the sprites and find all the hitboxes. You may not have drawn the sprites, but it sure does take a hell of a lot of time to get them and the hitboxes as well. | |

since I saw it on the last page Im going to say it again, In the United States the courts uphold that one company can hold the copyrights to the images and sounds a "computer program" creates while another company can hold the copyrights to the computer code that makes them. Konami vs Stern. Look it up.
What this means: if Takuya wants to claim copyright over the metrics he has written on these themes, he can. Unfortunately despite his and mine best efforts to not have these themes installed in cabinets or used for stupid things (KatzeUltramix, Ive come to find out, was used in a bootlegging operation where someone produced "Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix for PS2") there are still assholes out there who are aiming to ruin it for all of us. If you guys end up reading this, stop it. Seriously its not cool.

You might want to add DDRX tothe Never Themed List for 3.9 and 4. (You'll obviously do it for 4, though.

And the theme was DELETED of the forums due to respect Takuya's rules 
Lame "attempt" of mod changing background colours.
Hurry up Takuya! Continue seeing those crappy mods by unexperienced people would force me to cut my eyes! lol
