Dancing Stage Fever 1.0 was wonderful. Better than Megamix in fact as far as looks are concerned. I never realised how much better it looked till now. I'll try the updates and tell you what I think.

I shall be able to help you slightly more on this theme and actually tell you if it feels like the arcade version. What I need to complete the illusion is an announcer. I found a EM2 one but the mp3's are all assigned wrong and don't play with the themes properly. I'll see if I can tweak them and have all the correct sounds from the arcade.
DS EM2 points (in case you weren't already aware):
- I have no idea how USA and JAP mixes work but when you put your money in it makes a thud sound and takes you to the title screen and the announcer says "Dancing Stage!" and instructions at the bottom tell you to press the green rectangle button.
- Select music screen has nonstop above the first song (I assume this feature is impossible).
- Gameplay screen's two player health bar is different and goes from blue on the right to green on the left and the one player side is normal (again don't know if this is possible).
- Is the spinning cube even possible? If it was that would be great. Would be difficult to make an animation that changes speed with the BPM though...
