When I use the default theme of StepMania 3.9, the message does not appear.
When I use the default theme of StepMania 3.9 plus Redux, the message appears.
When I use your DDR X (Rev. 4.0) theme, this message appears.

I get that message too.
For me, it's only on the first time you do Up+Down+Up+Down to get to the sort menu. The annoying part though is about half the time, even if you hit ignore, it will exit you to the main menu of the Stepmania. | |

So.... this will be the one millionth explanation about how to install my themes.
Every single release is a full complete theme, NOT AN UPGRADE. So if you attempt to install a newer release over an existing installation you will get those messages most of the time, because I edit the theme files once and again (like changing file names or using redir files instead of some deleted graphic file), that's why you get multimatched file names.
To fix your problem, Please do this:
TO UPGRADE ONE OF MY THEMES, YOU MUST DELETE THE PRIOR INSTALLATION AND MAKE A CLEAN INSTALL OF THE NEW VERSION.

I cannot get those graphics... so unless someone can get them ripped, they won't be part of any future theme version.

Every single release involves the edition of some graphics. Sometimes I delete a graphic file and replace it with a redir file.... and sometimes I change my mind and get some of those graphics back and the redir files get deleted in the process, but you must know that this process occur over random files (most of them relative to the screen select music).
This issue cannot be fixed, because I always change ramdom files, producing the duplicate file effect when updating the theme. Quote: |

DDRMAX2 FOR STEPMANIA 4 WIP  DDRMAX2 WIP: Aug 07, 2009
This day, exactly 6 years ago I was born as themer with this theme for StepMania 3.9 Alpha 4.
Now I'm repeating the formula and I hope to get a perfect working DDRMAX2 and Extreme themes during the next months. The picture is just a preview of my work, only because I want to share it with you guys.
I hope this lines will help to bring you some future expectatives.... see you...
